Honorary Instructors

As mentioned in one of our posts not long ago, we needed Honorary Instructors to groom our Specialist into a more efficient and resilient leader. The HIs are to provide path for Specialist to better understand their strength and weaknesses so as to excel in their Specialist duties. I would like to introduce to you the 4 Honorary Instructors as of Today. They are :

We will have a dialogue session for all Specialists, HIs, CLTs and TOs preferably on one of your training days so that we can clearly state the duties of the HI to all of you. Thank you.

TO ALL SPECS

Dear Specialists of 2010,

Due to the feedbacks i get from your seniors, i will be conducting extra trainings to train your ethics as a specialist. Trainings will be conducted by the Cadet Officers mainly, and being absent will bring you no gain. Your absence will strictly be looked into.

Planned dates of trainings will be on:
Saturday, 7am to 12 noon.
Assemble outside NCC store.
Late comers will be severely punished.
(TRAINING DATES HAVE NOT BEEN CONFIRMED)
Official date of training will be announced on a later date. Please check the blog for it.

Content of training:
-Specialists' Ethics
-All Drills
-Physical Training
-Discussion about normal tranings, etc.
