Those in PDS, please practice at home with an umbrella!!!
We will not be having training until Thursday.
Therefore it is crucial for all of you to practice at home your moves until the next meeting.

Remember, the most important thing about PDS is our sharp movements and timing.

Im going to spam PDS videos and please please please learn from them!





















okay.... im not asking all of u to be exactly like them(especially the last vid)

just take note of the simple things like how to execute simple arm, slapping thigh properly...
